New features on Poker Heaven!

We have recently updated our software! This update hosts a number of exciting new features that you have been asking for, and no doubt will improve your overall gaming experience within our poker room. Below are the key new features available:

Re-sizeable Game Screen

You can now re-size your poker client window as desired, just as you have been able to re-size your game table window.

Tables Stay Put

When you now reopen the poker client, tables will appear in exactly the same position as when you last exited.

‘Any’ options removed

After the blinds or ante had been posted in pot-limit and no-limit games, previously if you were waiting for action in the first betting round you were given the option to ‘check/call any’ as well as ‘raise any’. These two options have now been removed however the option to raise the minimum amount remains.

Similarly when there is no bet on the table and the action starts with a player who chooses check/bet/fold, the player waiting for the action was previously given the option to ‘check/call any’ and ‘bet/raise any’.   These two options have now been removed however the option to raise the minimum amount remains

Fewer Empty Tables

To ensure there are fewer empty tables we have now restricted the number of tables you can open at any one time to ten (not including practise tables).

Multi-Table Tournament Search Criteria

Two additional filter settings have been added to make it easier for you to search for multi-table tournaments. You can now place a checkmark next to these additional two search criteria’s.

Guaranteed – To display only multi-table tourneys that offer guaranteed prize money.

Rebuy – To display only multi-table tourneys with a rebuy option.

No chatting whilst all in

When you now go ‘all in’ at a game table the chat function will be disabled for all players and observers to prevent  any foul play. A message will appear in the chat box informing those at the table that the chat function has been temporarily disabled because a player is ‘all, in’. Chat is automatically re-enabled as soon as the winner of the hand has been determined.

Window Frame Information

In the frame above the table window the information shown differs  for cash tables and tournament tables. Cash tables now show Table Name & Table ID whilst Tournament tables will show Tournament Name & Tournament id.
