** The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and will be sent to the winner’s registered Poker Heaven account address and should arrive before 15th of May. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that the address registered within the client at Poker Heaven is the correct updated address used. Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player. If a player has not received the item before 15th of May 2009, he/she should contact support@pokerheaven.com in order to have the whereabouts of the prize investigated.
