• Players participating in this Free Gift Promotion who do not use the OPT IN function through The Playerzone will not receive a prize.
• Players can claim only 1 gift from the promotion, the gift tiers and related rake targets are NOT cumulative and NOT achieved concurrently.
• Players participating in the Free Gift Promotion are not eligible for any other rake based promotion or PokerHeaven.com VIP promotion.
• Players who are on VIP deals are NOT eligible for this promotion.
• All gifts will be delivered to players within 45 days of the end of the promotion.
• PokerHeaven.com reserves the right to change any or all of the gift items for an alternative gift of equal or similar value.
• Poker Heaven is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the delivery of gift items.
• Poker Heaven will not be liable for customs tax charges imposed by custom officials for countries outside of the U.K.
• All deliveries are made via a third party courier service. All deliveries will require signature for package to be dropped off. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt the third party courier service will contact the recipient via phone. A second delivery attempt will be made free of charge. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful all items will be returned to sender and future deliveries will only be made at the customer’s expense.

• Players have 60 days to clear matched deposit bonus.
• The deposit bonus is released at €10 for every €75 raked.
