Terms and conditions – Sign-up bonus, 200% up to €1000

• The minimum deposit to trigger a first deposit bonus is €10.
• To activate a first deposit bonus the player needs to enter the bonus code when making his/her first deposit.
• The bonus code is case sensitive.
• When making a deposit the bonus is credited into the players pending bonus account. A player can track the pending bonus in the top right corner of the poker client.
• The bonus is earned by accumulating FPPs; for every 150 FPPs earned we will release €5 from the players pending bonus account into his/her real money account.
• Once the bonus is initiated a player has 30 days to earn the full bonus.
• This offer is only available to new customers making their very first deposit.
• If a player for any reason does not enter the bonus code when making his/her first deposit, the player needs to contact the Customer Service team within 7 days from when the first deposit was made. The bonus will then be manually credited into the players account but no FPPs previously earned will count towards the bonus release.
• A player that registered an account at Poker Heaven is eligible to participate in the €1000 New Player Freeroll the following Saturday at 19:00 GMT. The entry can not be transferred to another Saturday’s tournament.
• Only one real account per player, and per household. If you already have an account you are not eligible for this promotion. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible will have their accounts closed and any winnings on all their accounts will be null and void. All cash outs will be cancelled.
• This promotion is available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated terms and conditions of this promotion will forfeit their bonus, which will subsequently be removed from their gaming account.
• The poker room reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the players account as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to other Boss Media poker room operators. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all poker rooms utilizing the services of Boss Media.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of the promotions without notice.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.

It is the players' sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes.
