Terms and conditions – €100,000 Free Qualifier

• The promotion is running from the start of the 1st of March to the end of the 28th of March.
• A player qualifies for an entry into the €100,000 Free Qualifier tournament by earning at least 200 FPPs within the above stated time frame.
• All players who qualified will receive an email invitation/confirmation on 23rd of February (you need to subscribe to newsletters to receive a confirmation). Players can also manually keep track of their FPPs earned in The Player Zone or by contacting support@pokerheaven.com.
• It is the players responsibility to manually register for the €100,000 Free Qualifier in due time in order to participate.
• The €100,000 Free Qualifier will run on 31st of March at 19:00 GMT.
• A ticket to the €100,000 Free Qualifier cannot be exchanged for cash or entry to another tournament
• The top 10 players in the €100,000 Free Qualifier will win an entry to the €100,000 Guarantee tournament that runs on the 4th of April. The winners will be automatically registered and cannot unregister. If the winning player cannot participate he/she forfeits his seat.
• The player that finishes in 11th place will receive a €50 cash bubble prize. The prize is credited directly into the players poker account.
• A Poker Heaven account is personal and can only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse payment to any player whom is found to be colluding/soft playing to accumulate FPPs.
• Any players found to be colluding in order to advance into the prize positions in the €100,000 Free Qualifier will be disqualified and the next player who was eliminated will be advanced into the prize position.
• How to earn FPPs: Multi-table tournaments and sit 'n' go tournaments: 1 FPP is given for every €0.25 paid in tournament fees. Ring games: All players at the table who have contributed rake to any pot during each table session will receive FPPs as long as the total rake contribution exceeds €0.25. You will earn 1 FPP for every €0.25 contributed in rake during each individual table session.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time for this promotion and any decision made by Poker Heaven is final.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed at www.pokerheaven.com. It is the players' sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
