Terms and Conditions:

• In addition to the definitions set forth in the terms & conditions at Pokerheaven.com the following definitions shall apply: "Referrer" is the person telling a friend; and "Referred Friend" is the person being told about Pokerheaven.com.
• The Referred Friend must be new to Pokerheaven.com and must notalready have an account at Pokerheaven.com under any other name or alias. Players are only permitted to have one (1) account at Pokerheaven.com, play money accounts count as well. Please note, you may not refer people from the same household!
• To receive €50 for referring a friend, the friend must have played €150 in rake at Pokerheaven.com. You are then entitled to freely cash out the bonus amount if you have rake a minimum amount of €50 since you first joined PokerHeaven.com.
• If the "Referred Friend" register through an affiliate site the "Referrer" will not be entitled to the €50 refer a Friend bonus.
• If the "Referred Friend" is given a rake back deal after joining then the €50 will be paid to the “Referee” after the "Referred Friend" have raked €250 (as opposed to €150).
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed at www.pokerheaven.com. It is the players' sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
