Summer Gift – Terms and Conditions

• The promotional period is 1st of June at 00:00 GMT until the 31st of August at 24:00 GMT.
• All gifts will be sent out on the 1st of September. No gifts will be shipped before the 1st of September under any circumstances. The gift(s) will be sent to the player’s registered Poker Heaven account address. Please allow 30 working days for the gift to arrive. It is the customers own responsibility that the address is updated. If the gift(s) have not arrived by the 1st of October, the customer should notify support@pokerheaven.com to investigate the whereabouts of the gift(s). Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player.
• A player can receive as many gifts as he/she chooses. A player will only receive the gift if he/she activated the offer(s) in The Player Zone, and hit the minimum total FPP target for the gifts activated. Example: If a player has the Samsung Netbook gift activated but fail to earn the minimum FPP requirement during the promotional period, he/she will not receive any gift whatsoever. It is the players own responsibility to have the correct gift activated based on their FPP performance during the promotional period. A player has the right to change which gift(s) to have activated until the 31st of August 2009 at 24:00 GMT.
• Only FPPs generated from the 1st of June at 00:00 GMT until the 31st of August at 24:00 GMT will count towards this promotion.
• If Poker Heaven for any reasons whatsoever cannot purchase the gift stated in this promotion, Poker Heaven reserves the right to exchange the gift for another brand holding the same specifications.
• The colours of the gifts shown in the pictures might differ from the actual prize. Poker Heaven reserves the right to send out a gift in any colour as long as it holds the right specification.
• No gifts can be exchanged for cash or a different prize.
• To claim a free gift(s) the player needs to click the “activate offer” button(s) in The Player Zone.
• This promotion is open to all players who earn at least 4000 FPPs or more during each of the 3 promotional calendar months.
• Please note that most eletronic equipment will have a UK plug, a local adapter may be required.
• It is the players own responsibility to pay any custom duties, taxes and storage charges incurred in the customers home country.
• If a player does not activate any gift offer in the Player Zone before the 31st of August at 24:00 GMT he/she loses all rights to receive any gifts regardless of number of FPPs generated. No player will be reminded by email.
• If a player claims a gift/several gifts he/she is not eligible for no gift(s) will be sent out, nor will the player be notified. A player will not be rewarded with a lower tier gift matching his/hers FPP performance.
• If activating several gifts, the player needs to hit the total FPP requirement for all gifts activated. If a player fails to rake the total FPP requirement he/she loses the right to receive any of the gifts activated even though he/she might have hit the rake requirement for one of the gifts activated. It is the players own responsibility to have the right gift(s) activated.
• Only players that can view the ‘activate offer’ button in the Player Zone are eligible to receive a gift. Some players on personalised offers might be eligible to qualify for a gift for a higher FPP requirement. The offer available to each individual player will be displayed on your personal Player Zone page.
• Any player who has signed up through RakeTheRake is not eligible for this offer, due to alternative promotions running on these sites.
• All players who have signed up through Pokerisivut are eligible to take part in the Summer Gift promotion except for the players who qualify for a live tournament package in Pokerisivut’s private summer promotion. When it is confirmed that a player has qualified for a live tournament package he/she will be automatically excluded from the Summer Gift promotion. A player cannot receive both offers.
• The promotion is available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The poker room reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the players account as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to other Boss Media poker room operators. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all poker rooms utilizing the services of Boss Media.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of the promotions without notice.
• The Las Vegas Holiday Package can be used from the 1st of November 2009 to the 31st of October 2010 and will be pre booked by Poker Heaven in October 2009 based on the players own preferences.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed at www.pokerheaven.com. It is the players' sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
