• All cash bonuses are paid out on the 1st of each month for the previous month unless the 1st falls on a weekend or UK public holiday in which the bonus will be paid out the following working day.
• All VIP Shop discount vouchers are issued on the 2nd of each month for the previous month unless the 2nd falls on a weekend or UK public holiday in which the bonus will be paid out the following working day.
• Any player signed up through Poker Strategy is excluded from any personalised Elite VIP deal as Poker Strategy offer their players their own reward program in the form of strategy points
• Any player signed up through Educapoker is excluded from any personalised Elite VIP deal as Educapoker offer their players their own reward program in the form of EducaBonos points
• The VIP Freerolls are open to all VIP customers, regardless of rakeback status.
• The €500 Monthly VIP Freeroll will be played on the 4th of each month at 19:30GMT. Registration will open 2 hours prior to start.
• The €1000 Monthly VIP Freeroll will be played on the 5th of each month at 19:30 GMT. Registration will open 2 hours prior to start.
• The €2000 Monthly VIP Freeroll will be played on the 6th of each month at 19:30 GMT. Registration will open 2 hours prior to start.
• Your VIP level will be upgraded/downgraded on the 1st of every month.
• Your VIP level the upcoming month is based on your earned FPPs for the previous full calendar month.
• Cash and re-load bonuses cannot be combined with any rakebased promotions.
• Re-load bonuses: We will match your deposit 100% up to the amount offered for your tier. For every 100 FPPs you accumulate, it will trigger the release of a €5 bonus. This sum will immediately be deducted from your bonus account and be added to your real money account. The deposit needs to be made between 00:00 GMT on the 2nd of each month and 23:59 GMT on the 5th of each month. If the 2nd or 5th of the month is a public holiday then the next working day will be applicable. You will have 30 days to earn the full bonus.
