If you have forgotten your password we can send you a new one. Open the poker room and click on the ‘login button’. You will be presented with a login screen and all you need to do is click on the “Lost Password” icon and follow the instructions (see image below). You will then be sent a new password to your registered email address, which normally takes no longer then a few minutes. We would advise however to change your new password the very next time you log in, which you can do by clicking on the profile tab within the poker lobby.
