Fantasy Football – Terms and Conditions

  • The promotional period is between the 11th of August 2011 at 00:00 GMT until the 15th May 2012 at 24:00 GMT.
  • Prizes won will be displayed in The PlayerZone, specific details of prizes and bonuses will also be displayed here.
  • We reserve the right to use customers Nickname/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
  • The full name registered to your Fantasy Football team via the fantasy.premierleague.com website needs to be identical to your registered full name at Poker Heaven
  • To be eligible for any prizes associated with this promotion you will need to register your Fantasy Premier League team to the private league Poker Heaven via the fantasy.premierleague.com website. You must also ensure you have opted in via The PlayerZone before September 30th 2011. If you have not opted in via the PlayerZone before this deadline you will forfeit your right to any prizes associated with this promotion.
  • To claim a prize, the winning player must contact Poker Heaven Customer Support with their team name and Poker Heaven nickname.
  • In the event of a tie for the monthly overall standings of the Poker Heaven league (which will be defined as players who have the same number of points) the winner of the cash prize will be determined by the player who has generated the most rake in that month.
  • Final overall standings for the monthly prize will be announced on the 1st day of the following month and will include Premier League games played up to and including the last day.
  • Cash prizes awarded for each game week will be announced no later than 72 hours after the conclusion of each game week
  • Cash prize awarded for the overall month will be announced no later than the 3rd of the following month.
  • A player can win more than one prize.
  • Prizes will only be awarded for the months of September through to April.
  • No prizes can be exchanged for a different prize.
  • The promotion is available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The poker room reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the players account as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to other Boss Media poker room operators. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all poker rooms utilizing the services of Boss Media.
  • We reserve the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
  • In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
