Hall of Fame – Terms and Conditions

  • The promotional period is between the 1st day of the calendar month at 00:00 GMT and the last day at 23:59 GMT.
  • Prizes won will be displayed in The PlayerZone, specific details of prizes and bonuses will also be displayed here.
  • We reserve the right to use customers Nickname/or first name and last initial for use in conjunction with this promotion and/or any reasonable amount of marketing
  • The term ‘cash winnings’ will be defined by your aggregate winnings total minus your aggregate wagering total generated on all cash tables within the poker lobby between the 1st day of the calendar month at 00:00 GMT and the last day at 23:59 GMT.
  • In the event that you join a cash table on the final day of the month and do not exit the table until the 1st day of the following month, i.e. after midnight GMT, any winnings you have generated will not count towards your aggregate total
  • If you wish be excluded from this promotion then please contact a member of our customer service team via Live Chat or email support@pokerheaven.com. We will then remove your name from the ‘Hall of Fame’ leaderboard.
  • No prizes can be exchanged for a different prize.
  • The promotion is available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The poker room reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the players account as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to other Boss Media poker room operators. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all poker rooms utilizing the services of Boss Media.
  • We reserve the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
  • In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
