€10,000 Wager Race – Terms and Conditions

• The €10,000 Instant Games Wager Race will run from the 1st of April at 00:00 GMT until the 14th of April at 23:59 GMT 2010.
• 2 leaderboard points are awarded for every €10 wagered on any Hi-Lo game within the Instant Games lobby.
• 2 leaderboard points are awarded for every €10 wagered on any slot game within the Instant Games lobby.
• 1 leaderboard point is awarded for every €10 wagered on every other game in the instant game lobby (including blackjack games, table games and poker games).
• 1 leaderboard point is awarded for every €10 wagered on the blackjack game which is accessed through the poker tables in the poker lobby.
• The leaderboard points are calculated throughout the entire race period and are not based on each table session.
• The leaderboard will be updated several times during the day. The leaderboard presented is final.
• The Poker Manager reserves the right to adjudicate or amend any leaderboard results as they see fit.
• All winners will receive their allocated prizes as stated in the relevant payout tables no later then 48 hours after the race is completed.
• We reserve the right to use customer’s nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
• A total of €10,000 is available in the prize pool.
• No director, employee, consultant or agent of InTouch Poker or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose ‘relative’ includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
