Terms and conditions – €25,000 May Madness

• The €1000 Rake Races will run daily from the 5th of May at 00:00 GMT until the end of the 24th of May at 23:59 GMT 2010.
• The final €5000 race for the top 100 players will run from the 27th of May at 00:00 GMT until the end of the 28th of May at 23:59 GMT 2010.
• Each race covers a period of 24 hours, points will not carry over to the next day’s leaderboard.
• 1 leaderboard point is awarded for every €0.25 paid in rake. All rake from cash games, sit ‘n’ go tournaments and multi table tournaments will count towards this promotion.
• Only points earned at tables at which a seat is taken after the promotion has started will count towards the leader board. For example, if you sit down at a table at 23:55GMT on 5th of May and then go on to play until 00:15GMT on the 6th of May then no points earned during that session will count towards your total, even those earned after 00:00GMT. However if you were to sit down at 00:01GMT and play until 00:15GMT then all of your points in that period will count.
• The leaderboard will be updated several times during the day. The leaderboard presented by Poker Heaven are final.
• The Poker Manager reserves the right to adjudicate or amend the leaderboard results as they see fit.
• All winners will receive their allocated prizes as stated in the relevant payout tables no later then 72 hours after each race is completed.
• All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stated. Any accounts found to be in breach of the terms and conditions will be disqualified from the promotion and lose all rights to the prize won. The poker account can also be closed down.
• A Poker Heaven account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
• No account can be used for more then 17 hours a day and no account can be used from more then 2 IP address and 2 device IDS (Computers).
• Poker Heaven reserve the right to use customer’s nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
• Any players found to be “soft playing” or “team playing“ in order to generate leaderboard points will be disqualified from this promotion.
• Poker Heaven reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
• In the event of a service crash, disruption or downtime, Poker Heaven reserves the right to change dates or extend the promotion. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. Poker Heaven cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• No director, employee, consultant or agent of Poker Heaven or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose ‘relative’ includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
• Account sharing is not permitted; any abuse will result in instant disqualification from the promotion.
• Race prizes can be combined with rakeback payments and VIP promotions.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed at www.pokerheaven.com. It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
