Terms and conditions – Player Ranking

• This promotion is open to all Poker Heaven customers.
• All cash prizes can be combined with any rake based promotion and will be paid out no later than the 2nd of September at 18:00 GMT.
• The live event packages are valued to €2750 each and include buy-in to the European Poker Championship, travel and hotel accommodation.
• The European Poker Championship 2009 Main Event will take place on the 7th -8th of October at the Grand Casino Baden.
• The live event package includes €200 in cash to cover flight/travel expenses including transfer to and from the airport. Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the player.
• The live event package includes a deluxe double room at the Grand Hotel Sauerhof. You may check-in to the hotel on the 6th of October and have to check-out on the 9th of October.
• If the event is cancelled or sold out for any reason whatsoever the player will receive a buy-in for another event in Europe with the same buy-in cost.
• If a player, for any reason whatsoever, can not participate in the event he or she has won, he or she will lose all rights related to the prize.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to disqualify any player whom is found to be colluding/soft playing to accumulate leaderboard points.
• The leaderboard presented by Poker Heaven is final.
• In case of a tie between players final leaderboard score, the players contesting for the package will play a heads up tournament to determine the winner.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to alter the date of this promotion in an event of server downtime.
• Prizes can be combined with rakeback payments and personalised VIP promotions.
• Any player who wins a live event package has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative and the package is not transferable. In this instance, Poker Heaven will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
• The winning players need to present their passport upon arrival at the Casino to complete their registration.
• The dress code for the live tournament is smart/casual.
• The winners will be required to wear Poker Heaven branded clothing at the live event whenever they are in the casino area, subject to event permissions. Such clothing will be sent to the customer’s registered Poker Heaven account address prior to the live event.
• The customer is not allowed to promote any competing company in any fashion without having Poker Heaven’s written approval.
• Please note that FPPs are not awarded for this promotion.
• By participating in the live tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
• A Poker Heaven account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed at . It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
