Terms & Conditions – VIP Champions League Tickets

  • The promoter of this promotion is Poker Heaven.
  • The ‘Champ League Freeroll’ takes place on 31st of January at 18:30 GMT.
  • The ‘Champ League Sat’ takes place on 25th of January at 18:30 GMT.
  • A player qualifies for an entry into the ‘Champ League Sat’ tournament by earning at least 500 FPPs between the 1st until the 22nd of January 2009.
  • A player qualifies for an entry into the ‘Champ League Freeroll’ tournament by earning at least 2000 FPPs between the 15th until the 28th of January 2009.
  • It is the players own responsibility to manually register for any of the tournaments in due time in order to participate.
  • A ticket to the ‘Champ League Sat’ or the ‘Champ League Freeroll’ cannot be exchanged for cash or entry to another tournament.
  • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
  • Poker Heaven accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
  • The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time.
  • The promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
  • Poker Heaven tournament rules apply.
  • Poker Heaven reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
  • Multiple account use will result in disqualification and account closure.
  • The VIP packages are non transferrable, there is no cash alternative.
  • The winners of a VIP Packages will be contacted by telephone or email. Please ensure that your account contact details are correct on your account.
  • Travel for two to London is limited to €300 per person.
  • How to earn FPPs: Multi-table tournaments and sit ‘n’ go tournaments: 1 FPP is given for every €0.25 paid in tournament fees. Ring games: All players at the table who have contributed rake to any pot during each table session will receive FPPs as long as the total rake contribution exceeds €0.25. You will earn 1 FPP for every €0.25 contributed in rake during each individual table session.
  • In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
