Terms and conditions – €500 Bounty Freeroll

Registration for the freeroll tournament will open on the 1st of August. Players will be able to register on a first come, first served basis.
Poker Heaven tournament rules apply.
Poker Heaven reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
All promotions are available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc). Any player attempting to play from multiple computers/accounts will have their accounts closed and any winnings on all their accounts will be null and void. All cash outs will be cancelled.
Employees, officers and directors of the poker room, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensers, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
To be eligible to participate in the freeroll a player have to have player 1 raked hand in the month of August.
Definition of a raked hand: Any cash/ring game hand into which the player contributes rake.
The freeroll is password restricted. The only way a player can receive the password is to contact a customer service agent and answer a poker question. The answer to the question is the password to the tournament. The password is case sensitive and must be entered in capital letters.
An automatic €50 bounty prize will be paid out to the player/s that knocks out one of the following players: cs-mark, cs-daniel, cs-stephanie, cs-stephen, cs-teshurn, cs-toby or cs-george.
In the rare case when multiple players split a pot where a bounty player busts, any player who wins a piece of the highest pot the pro was involved in will receive a full bounty for busting the bounty player.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
Poker Heaven accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed at www.pokerheaven.com. It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
