This promotion is running from the 1st to the 24th of December 2009.
All tournaments will start at 18:30 GMT.
Each daily tournament is completely free to enter (excluding 3rd and 16th of December) however only players who have played enough raked hands in the previous 24 hours as stated in the tournament lobby will be allowed to register to the tournament.
All raked hands must be played on €0.05/€0.10 tables or higher for NL and PL games, and €0.10/€0.20 or higher for fixed limit games.
Multiple account use will result in disqualification and account closure.
Registration for the freeroll tournaments opens 3 hours prior to start time. Players will be able to register on a first come, first served basis.
10 minutes late registration is available for the Advent Calendar tournaments, however late registration will immediately close earlier if any player gets knocked out of the tournament during the late registration period.
All tournament bubble prizes will be paid out in tournament credits within 48 hours of the completion of the tournament. The winning players will be notified by email.
Players cannot discuss bubble prizes in the tournament chat. Any discussions will lead to disqualification of the prize.
All cash prizes will be paid out to the winning player’s poker account within 48 hours.
All ‘mini’ races will run from 00:00 GMT – 24:00 GMT on the advertised dates and will have a live leaderboard which will be updated several times during the day. All winners will receive their allocated prizes as stated in the relevant payout tables no later then 48 hours after each race is completed. The leaderboards presented by Poker Heaven are final.
Top rakers of the day = All rake from cash games, sit ‘n’ go tournaments and multi table tournaments will count towards this promotion.
Top Sit ‘n’ Go rakers of the day = All rake from all sit ‘n’ go tournaments listed under the Sit & go tab will count towards this promotion.
All players who won an entry into the €100,000 guaranteed will be automatically registered into the tournament the coming Sunday. The buy-in cannot be exchanged for cash or tournament credits. The buy-in cannot be transferred into another Sunday event then the one advertised.
All Head Hunter Added tournaments will be split as follows:- 100% of the added prize goes towards the standard prize pool and is paid out as normal. – 100% of the buy-in goes towards a bounty prize pool which is added on each players head.When you knock out another player you will win 50% of the bounty on their head and 50% is added to your own bounty.
The live event packages are valued at €2000 each and include buy-in to a European live tournament worth €1500, and €500 in cash to cover flight/travel and hotel expenses including transfer to and from the airport. Travel and hotel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the player. The buy-in cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash. The player is allowed to choose which event to take part in with the only condition that the casino accepts bank wire transfers as a payment method for the buy-in and the buy-in does not exceed €1500 in total and and the event is run no later then the 28th of February 2010. A player can choose to take part in several smaller tournaments during one poker event that comes to €1500 in total.
All physical prizes will be sent to the registered Poker Heaven account address and should arrive before 31st of January 2010. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that the address registered within the client at Poker Heaven is the correct updated address used. Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player. If a player has not received the item before 31st of January 2009, he/she should contact support@pokerheaven.com in order to have the whereabouts of the prize investigated. Please note that some packages might be delayed due to the Christmas period as the postal office in your country might have a high volume of packages to deliver during this period. This is out of Poker Heaven’s control.
It is the players own responsibility to pay any custom duties, taxes and storage charges incurred in the customers home country.
If Poker Heaven for any reasons whatsoever cannot purchase the gift stated in this promotion, Poker Heaven reserves the right to exchange the gift for another brand holding the same specifications.
The colours of the gifts shown in the pictures might differ from the actual prize. Poker Heaven reserves the right to send out a gift in any colour as long as it holds the right specification.
Please note that most electronic equipment will have a UK plug, a local adapter may be required. If available Poker Heaven will include a European adapter in all packages however this can not be guaranteed.
A player cannot exchange any prize for another prize regardless of cost nor is there any cash alternative to any prizes. If a player cannot use or does not want the prize won, Poker Heaven will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
Poker Heaven reserves the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
Account sharing is not permitted; any abuse will result in instant disqualification from the promotion.
In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
No director, employee, consultant or agent of Poker Heaven or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose ‘relative’ includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being published at www.pokerheaven.com. It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
