CAPT Austria – Terms and conditions

• The Promoter of this promotion is Poker Heaven.
• The prize is a €2,000 entry a CAPT Main Event tournament of the players’ choice within CAPT 2009/2010 from the date of winning the package. The prize includes €1,000 travel/spending money.
• The live event package includes €1000 in cash to cover flight/travel expenses including transfer to and from the airport. Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the player.
• The minimum age limit for the tournament is the player’s responsibility.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
• Poker Heaven accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
• The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
• Poker Heaven Tournament rules apply.
• Places are not transferable, there is no cash alternative.
• In the event of event cancellation or buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
• Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, Poker Heaven will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
• The dress code for the casino is smart, players will be required to wear a jacket and shirt when not participating in the tournament.
• The winners will be required to wear Poker Heaven branded clothing at the live event whenever they are in the casino area, subject to event permissions. Such clothing will be sent to the customer’s registered Poker Heaven account address prior to the live event.
• The customer is not allowed to promote any competing company in any fashion without having Poker Heaven’s written approval.
• Seats for this promotion are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• Players can only win one satellite entry to the CAPT final, there is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable. Should any player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them.
• By participating in the live tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
• A Poker Heaven account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed at www.pokerheaven.com. It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
