Terms and conditions – €10,000 Gadget Giveaway Freeroll

  • The promoter of this promotion is Poker Heaven.
  • Multiple account use will result in disqualification and account closure.
  • A Poker Heaven account is personal and can only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
  • The €10k Gadget Giveaway tournament will run on the 5th March at 18:30 GMT.
  • A ticket to the €10,000 Gadget Giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash or entry to another tournament.
  • Players may enter the €10k Gadget Giveaway without playing in a satellite if they have earned over 2000 FPPs in February. All “fast track” players will receive an email invitation (you need to subscribe to newsletters to receive a confirmation). Players can also manually keep track of their FPPs earned in The Player Zone or by contacting support@pokerheaven.com.
  • The Gadget Satellite will run on the 3rd of March at 18:30 GMT.
  • In order to qualify for the Gadget Satellite players must have raked a minimum of 500 FPPs during February.
  • Gadget Sunday Freerolls will run every Sunday during February (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd February at 18:30 GMT).
  • In order to qualify for the Gadget Sunday Freerolls players must have played a minimum of 100 cash table raked hands in the previous 7 days.
  • The Gadget Daily Freeroll will run every day of February at 18:30 GMT and is open to all Poker Heaven players.
  • Prizes are not transferable.
  • There is no cash alternative to any prizes.
  • A player cannot exchange any prize for another prize regardless of cost. If a player cannot use or does not want the prize won, Poker Heaven will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
  • All prizes will be sent to the registered Poker Heaven account address and should arrive before 15th of April. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that the address registered within the client at Poker Heaven is the correct updated address used. Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player. If a player has not received the item before 15th of April 2009, he/she should contact support@pokerheaven.com in order to have the whereabouts of the prize investigated.
  • How to earn FPPs: Multi-table tournaments and sit ‘n’ go tournaments: 1 FPP is given for every €0.25 paid in tournament fees. Ring games: All players at the table who have contributed rake to any pot during each table session will receive FPPs as long as the total rake contribution exceeds €0.25. You will earn 1 FPP for every €0.25 contributed in rake during each individual table session.
  • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
  • Poker Heaven accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
  • Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.

  • In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
