Terms and conditions – January VIP gift

  • The gift will be sent to the players address registered in their Poker Heaven account before 28th of February. It is the customers own responsibility that the address is updated. If the gift has not arrived by 28th of February, the customer should notify support@pokerheaven.com.
  • To claim the iPod Nano 8 GB a player needs to have raked at least €5000 from the 1st of January to the end of 31st of January.
  • To claim the Philips Alarm Clock Radio with Digital Photo frame a player needs to have raked at least €2500 from the 1st of January to the end of 31st of January.
  • A player can only receive one gift. If a player has raked over €5000 he/she can choose which of the 2 gifts to receive. The player needs to clearly specify in the email which gift he/she is claiming.
  • If Poker Heaven for any reasons whatsoever cannot purchase the gift stated in this promotion, Poker Heaven reserves the right to exchange the gift for another brand holding the same specifications.
  • No gifts can be exchanged for cash or a different prize.
  • This promotion can be combined with rakeback and any personalised VIP/affiliate promotion however the total rakeback percentage (30% cash + any gift/live event) cannot at any point exceed 50%.
  • To claim a free gift the player needs to send an email to support@pokerheaven.com before 2nd of February 2009 at 24:00 GMT. The email needs to clearly state the player PIN and which gift the player is claiming.
  • If a player does not claim the gift by email before 2nd of February 2009 at 24:00 GMT he/she loses all rights to receive any gifts regardless of rake amount. No player will be reminded by email.
  • If a player claims a gift he/she is not eligible for no gift will be sent out, nor will the player be notified.
  • If a player claims two gifts, both which he/she is eligible to claim, gift 1 will by default be sent out.
  • This offer is available to all Poker Heaven customers and can be combined with personalised offers.
  • The promotion is available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Employees, officers and directors of the poker room, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensers, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
  • The poker room reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the players account as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to other Boss Media poker room operators. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all poker rooms utilizing the services of Boss Media.
  • In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms of the promotions without notice.
