Terms and Conditions – Las Vegas holiday packages

• World Series of Poker and WSOP are trademarks of Harrah’s License Company, LLC (“Harrah’s”). Harrah’s does not sponsor or endorse and is not associated or affiliate with Poker Heaven or its products, services, promotions or tournaments.
• The package will be paid out as a cash payment. The prize does not include travel arrangements to or from Las Vegas, accommodation or WSOP buy-in; this is the sole responsibility of the player to arrange with the cash prize paid out to their poker account.
• The minimum age limit to visit a casino in Las Vegas is 21 years old.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
• Poker Heaven accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
• The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
• Poker Heaven tournament rules apply.
• By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
• Players can only win one satellite entry to a Las Vegas online qualifier, there is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable. Should any player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one.
• Employees and immediate family members of employees of Poker Heaven and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the promotion.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the promotion and/or these terms at any time, without notice where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the promoter’s control. Poker Heaven does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
• By participating in the Poker Heaven Las Vegas Satellites, you grant Poker Heaven the right to use your name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
• Players who qualify for a Las Vegas package and choose to play in a WSOP event agree to wear Poker Heaven.net apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. Apparel will be supplied by Poker Heaven before the commencement of the tournament.
• Players note that the World Series of Poker* and Harrah’s organization will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. Poker Heaven owes no compensation to the player should they not wish to adhere to this third party agreement.
• Poker Heaven Management decisions are final on all matters related to the promotion or the awarding of prizes.
• While playing poker the customer must at all time wear clothing where the Poker Heaven logo is clearly displayed. Such clothing will be sent to the customer’s registered Poker Heaven account address prior to the live event.
• The customer is not allowed to promote any competing company in any fashion without having Poker Heaven’s written approval.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to use the customer’s name and picture on the website and in any media which we see suitable without any further compensation to the customer. The customer also agrees to promote Poker Heaven in any interviews with media arranged by Poker Heaven staff or management.
