Terms and conditions – €15,000 Giveaway

• All players that finish in the top 10 in any satellite will automatically win entry into the €100k GTD “FREE SEAT GIVEAWAY” Final on the 16th May at 15:00 GMT.
• The final will have a maximum of 4500 players.
• All satellite seats are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.
• A player can only win one seat to the final. If a player wins any additional seats into the €100k GTD “FREE SEAT GIVE-AWAY” Final he/she will automatically forfeit the additional seats. A player is not allowed to sell/transfer/give away any additional seats won.
• All players whom finish in the top 100 from the €100k GTD “FREE SEAT GIVE-AWAY” Final will win entry into the €100,000 Guaranteed Tournament on the 16th May 2010. All seats are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. A player cannot choose to take part in a €100,000 Guaranteed tournament run on a different date. If you cannot play in the tournament on the 16th of May we advise you not to take part in this promotion. Qualifying players must register themselves for the online final within the 7 days leading up to the tournament.
• All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network Ts & Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotion.
• Poker Managers reserve the right to adjudicate or amend any result as they see fit.
• Poker Heaven reserve the right to use customer’s nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
• Any players found to be “soft playing” or “team playing” in the tournament series in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
• Any discussion within the chat facility referring to allowing players to make the final table, soft playing or current position for any reason will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Any abuse of the chat facility during the tournament series will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Poker Heaven reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. Poker Heaven cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• No director, employee, consultant or agent of Poker Heaven or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor.
