Terms & Conditions – Sit ‘n’ Go Leagues

• Race 1: 00:00GMT February 4th to 23:59GMT February 13th 2011.
• Race 2: 00:00GMT February 18th to 23:59GMT February 27th 2011.
• All winners will receive their allocated prizes as stated in the relevant payout tables no later then 72 hours after each race is completed.
• All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stated. Any accounts found to be in breach of the terms and conditions will be disqualified from the promotion and lose all rights to the prize won. The poker account can also be closed down.
• All points awarded in the Sit ‘n’ Go promotion will be according to the relevant point’s tables.
• The Leaderboards will be updated several times during the day. The leaderboards presented by Poker Heaven are final.
• The Poker Manager reserves the right to adjudicate or amend any leaderboard results as they see fit.
• A Poker Heaven account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
• No account can be used for more then 17 hours a day and no account can be used from more then 2 IP address and 2device IDS (Computers).
• Poker Heaven reserve the right to use customer’s nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
• Any players found to be “soft playing” or “team playing“ in qualifying tournaments in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
• Any discussion within the chat facility referring to soft playing or current position in any of the promotional leader-boards will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Any abuse of the chat facility during qualifying tournaments will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Poker Heaven reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
• A total of €4,000 is available in the prize pool.
• In the event of a service crash, disruption or downtime, Poker Heaven reserves the right to change dates or extend the promotion. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. Poker Heaven cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• No director, employee, consultant or agent of Poker Heaven or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose ‘relative’ includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
• Account sharing is not permitted; any abuse will result in instant disqualification from the promotion.
• Race prizes can be combined with rakeback payments and VIP promotions.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
