Terms and conditions – Summer Freeroll Series

  • Registration for the freeroll tournaments opens 2 hours prior to start time. Players will be able to register on a first come, first served basis.
  • Poker Heaven tournament rules apply.
  • Poker Heaven reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
  • Multiple account use will result in disqualification and account closure.
  • Prizes are not transferable.
  • There is no cash alternative to any prizes.
  • To be eligible to participate in any of the freerolls a player needs to have played the raked hand requirement for each tournament within the month of July.
  • Definition of a raked hand: Any cash/ring game hand into which the player contributes rake.
  • A player cannot exchange any prize for another prize. If a player cannot use or does not want the prize won, Poker Heaven will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
  • All prizes will be sent to the registered Poker Heaven account address and should arrive before 31st of August. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that the address registered within the client at Poker Heaven is the correct updated address used. Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player. If a player has not received the item before 31st of August 2009, he/she should contact support@pokerheaven.com in order to have the whereabouts of the prize investigated.
  • Please note that most eletronic equipment will have a UK plug; a local adapter may be required.
  • It is the players own responsibility to pay any custom duties, taxes and storage charges incurred in the customers home country.
  • The London Weekend Package can be used from the 1st of September 2009 to the 31st of August 2010 and will be pre booked by Poker Heaven in August 2009 based on the players own preferences. The London weekend is worth €500 in total, flight and hotel for 2 persons for 2 nights. The hotel chosen depends on the cost of the flights from the winning player’s home location.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
  • Poker Heaven accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
  • Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any ‘fold / timeouts’ or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
  • In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
  • Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed at . It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
