Terms and conditions – €2k Trivia Giveaway

  • The promotional period is 1st August at 00:00 GMT until the 14th August at 24:00 GMT.
  • There will be a new question each day, players are only able to answer each question ONCE.
  • Prizes won will be displayed underneath the grey question box, specific details of prizes and bonuses will also be displayed here.
  • We reserve the right to use customers Nickname/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
  • Players who win clothing will be contacted at their registered email address regarding their size.
  • If a player wins more than one tournament entry with the same dates, they will be entered into the next available tournament to ensure that they to not overlap and are entered for the correct amount of tournaments they are entitled to.
  • All prizes will be sent out on the 23rd of August. No prizes will be shipped before the 23rd of August under any circumstances. The prize(s) will be sent to the player’s registered account address. Please allow 30 working days for the prize(s) to arrive. It is the customers own responsibility that the address is updated. If the prize(s) have not arrived by the 23rd of September, the customer should notify support@theplayerzone.com to investigate the whereabouts of the prize(s). Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player.
  • A player can win more than one prize. A player will only receive the prize if he/she has correctly answered the relevant question in The Player Zone and where necessary has been selected from our prize draw.
  • If we for any reasons whatsoever cannot purchase the prize stated in this promotion, we reserve the right to exchange the prize for another brand holding the same specifications.
  • The colours of the prizes shown in the pictures may differ from the actual prize. We reserve the right to send out a prize in any colour as long as it holds the right specification.
  • Instant Games €10 Free Spins to 10 players. Winning player accounts will be credited with €10 by no later than midnight on the day after the relevant free spins question. This bonus will not appear in your main balance but will be visible when you enter any Instant Game slot game.
