• The promoter of the “€5000 Freeroll pass” promotion is Poker Heaven
• The 5th Birthday last man standing runs between the 1st and 31st March (inclusive).
• This promotion is open to all new players who confirm their participation in The Player Zone before the 31st March at 23:59 GMT. (A new player is classed as any player who does not currently hold a Poker Heaven account).
• Only one pass is available per person.
• There is no cash alternative for this promotion.
• All players will be made eligible to register for our scheduled weekly €1000 freerolls, and the €1000 exclusive pass holder’s freeroll in April which will each have a maximum of 5000 players. It will be the player’s responsibility to register themselves for these tournaments and all entries are non-exchangeable for other freerolls. Registration will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
• All accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network Ts&Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from future promotions.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to use customers Nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
• Poker Heaven reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion will continue throughout the period, though in cases of prolonged downtime Poker Heaven reserve the right to change dates or extend the promotion. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.

• Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. • Poker Heaven reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. The above conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Poker Heaven Ltd.
• In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
