APT Taipei Main Event OnLive Day 1 starts March 15 with 60 guaranteed seats available through the online qualifier. Players who survive the field advance directly to Live Day 3 of the Main Event. Satellite tournaments begin on March 14.

The APT Taipei Main Event OnLive Day 1s are listed on Natural8, giving players the opportunity to compete online for 60 guaranteed seats in the tournament. Participants who progress through the online stage move directly into Live Day 3 of the APT Main Event.

This OnLive Day 1 format allows players to complete the early stage of the tournament remotely before joining the live event at a later point. Those who survive the online field bypass Day 2 entirely and enter the tournament deeper in the structure with a strong position heading into the later stages.

The format has become a widely used pathway within Asian Poker Tour events, offering players flexibility while still maintaining the structure of the live Main Event.
Players who prefer to qualify at a lower cost can enter satellite tournaments starting March 14. These feeder events provide additional chances to win a seat into the OnLive Day 1 field without paying the full Main Event buy-in.
