The Baltic Capital's Premium Poker Hub

The entire festival will be staged at the Olympic Park Casino, located inside the Hilton Tallinn Park hotel in central Tallinn. As the largest card room in the Baltic region, the casino has a history of hosting large-scale international fields, including the Kings of Tallinn and The Festival series.

The Brainchild of Nordic Mixed-Game Veterans

The European Mixed Poker Championship 2026 was co-founded by Norwegian Championship organizer Frode Fagerli and mixed-game player Tobias Jelsa Leknes. The concept grew from the high attendance rates for non-Hold'em events in Scandinavia, where the annual Norwegian 8-Game championship regularly draws over 100 unique entries.

Fagerli and Leknes established this standalone series to offer a dedicated European gathering point for these formats, emphasizing lower buy-ins and an interactive table environment to draw casual and serious players alike.
