Why Freerolls and Freebuys?
If you’re looking to spin up a bankroll without punting a full buy-in, freerolls and freebuys are where the value lives.
- Freerolls = no buy-in required (great for pure bankroll building).
- Freebuys / Freebuy tournaments = your first entry is free, then you can usually re-enter for a small fee (often $2). This is a nice middle ground: low risk, but with a meaningful prize pool.
They’re also perfect for:
- Building a bankroll from scratch
- Taking shots at guarantees without committing much
- Practising MTT spots (ICM, short-stack play, late reg dynamics) with low pressure
- Community vibes (seeing familiar names, swapping notes, having a sweat)
Below is the full PokerHeaven community schedule + passwords.
Pokerheaven Tournament Schedule
Note: GMT and UTC are the same this time of year, but I’ve kept the time labels as provided.
- Saturday 17th - 12:00 UTC, $100 Added Freeroll Password: heaven
- Sunday 18th - 20:00 UTC, $100 Added Freeroll Password: heaven
Why it’s good: true freerolls + added money = classic bankroll builder setup.
Stake (Freebuy)
- Monday 19th - 02:00 UTC, Freebuy $0 + $2, $200GTD Password: freetips
Freebuy reminder: first entry is $0, and then (if you choose) re-entries are typically $2.
CoinPoker (Freebuy)
- Tuesday 20th - 21:00 UTC, Freebuy $0 + $2, $200GTD Password: wired
Tip: If you’re free-rolling the first bullet, treat it like a freeroll early: play solid, avoid marginal flips, and let the field make mistakes.
888poker (Freebuys - $300 GTD each)
- Wednesday 21st - 19:00 GMT, Freebuy $0 + $2, $300GTD Password: wired
- Friday 23rd -19:00 GMT, Freebuy $0 + $2, $300GTD Password: canadian
- Sunday 25th - 19:00 GMT, Freebuy $0 + $2, $300GTD Password: heaven
Why it’s good: consistent weekly guarantees = great for routine volume and steady bankroll growth
Quick “How to” (so you don’t miss them)
1. Open the poker client (BCPoker / Stake / CoinPoker / 888poker).
2. Go to Tournaments and look for FREEROLL tab, filter by date + GTD
3. Click Register.
4. Enter the password exactly as written (case-sensitive on some clients).
5. Show up on time, some events fill or close reg earlier than you expect.
Important Note: You need to be part of PokerHeaven Community to see some of the tournaments.

Bankroll Builder Pointers (simple, high-EV)
- Freerolls: early on, tighten up slightly and avoid thin bluffs—people call too much.
- Freebuys: the first bullet is free → you don’t need to force it, but you also shouldn’t pass up clear +EV spots.
- Late reg: if you enter late, switch gears and look for steals, reshoves, and low-variance edges.
- One rule: protect your stack when it matters; freeroll fields love gambling for no reason, let them.
Good luck, and see you in there.
(As always: terms can change, and bankroll building is best done responsibly, only play what you’re comfortable with.)
