Terms & conditions – Jackpot sit ‘n’ go tournaments

• In order to qualify for the €10,000 Jackpot a player must win six consecutive “JACKPOT” sit’n’go tournaments.
• In order to qualify for the €200 consolation prize a player must finish in the top 2 places in six consecutive “JACKPOT” sit’n’go tournaments.
• Tournaments are considered as consecutive if their starting times are consecutive.
• Players who qualify must send claims by email, providing details and dates of the tournaments, within 48 hours of qualifying to support@pokerheaven.com to be checked and ratified.
• The six consecutive "“JACKPOT” sit’n’go tournaments must be played within a 21-day period.
• Players from the same household or IP location cannot play in the same “JACKPOT” sit’n’go tournament.
• Any player trying to enter a “JACKPOT” sit’n’go tournament with multiple accounts will be disqualified and the accounts will be suspended.
• Any players found to be colluding in “JACKPOT” sit’n’go tournaments will be disqualified, and all accounts and funds will be suspended.
• Six consecutive tournaments with the same 10 players will not be eligible for this promotion.
• Any players found to be “soft playing” in any “JACKPOT” sit’n’go tournament will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
• Any abuse of the chat facility during qualifying tournaments will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Poker Heaven. Poker Heaven will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
• Poker Heaven accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
• Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. Poker Heaven cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts' or disconnects as per the general rules of the Poker Heaven poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Poker Heaven reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
