Richard Geyer dominates Day 1ab of the €1,650 PokerStars Open at EPT Paris 2026 with a massive chip lead. Meanwhile, Ian Bradley heads the final 30 players in the high-stakes €10,200 Mystery Bounty as the festival heats up.

The 2026 PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Paris is officially in high gear at the Palais des Congrès.

As the festival unfolds, two names have emerged as the early protagonists: Richard Geyer, who dominated the PokerStars Open, and Ian Bradley, who leads a star-studded field in the Mystery Bounty.

Geyer Rules the €1,650 PokerStars Open

The €1,650 PokerStars Open proved to be a massive draw, attracting 426 entries across Day 1ab. This surging interest generated a prize pool of €717,120, setting the stage for a life-changing payout for the eventual winner.

By the end of the opening flights, only 64 players survived the cull. Richard Geyer was the undisputed star, putting on a clinic in aggression to bag a towering 976,000 chips. Geyer’s massive lead makes him the man to beat as the field converges for the final stages.

Bradley Leads Elite Pack in €10,200 Mystery Bounty

Parallel to the Open, the high-stakes thrill-seekers gathered for the €10,200 Mystery Bounty. The event saw 65 elite entries, creating a base prize pool of €303,600—not including the lucrative mystery bounty envelopes that keep players on the edge of their seats.

After a dense day of play, just 30 competitors remain. Ian Bradley sits at the top of the leaderboard with 452,000 chips. Bradley faces a difficult Day 2, as he must navigate a field of seasoned professionals hungry for both the title and the high-value bounty pulls.
