888poker Already Operating in Alberta

888poker became Alberta's first regulated online poker operator on October 13. Its platform currently serves players through a pool restricted to the province.

PokerStars on FanDuel is also expected to launch with a separate Alberta player pool unless shared-liquidity arrangements change. Alberta's iGaming Corporation is examining the possibility of sharing poker liquidity within Canada.
