Kristen and Alex Foxen won the 2026 ODB $500 Fantasy Poker League, earning a $100,000 top prize. Their team accumulated 1,897 points across a record field of 1,199 teams, fueled by strong performances from Alex Foxen, Calvin Anderson, and Nick Palma.

The 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) preliminary events have officially concluded, leaving only the Main Event final table to be played from August 3 to August 5. 

Among the players returning for the final table is Greg "FBT" Mueller. Mueller serves as a bonus player option in the popular ODB $500 Fantasy League, a competition that runs alongside Daniel Negreanu’s 25K Fantasy League.

Prior to his historic Main Event run, Mueller had a quiet summer with just two small cashes. These results awarded a modest two points to the four teams that selected him, representing a minimal 0.32% ownership stake across the field. 

Only one of the teams holding Mueller has a mathematical chance to cash in the fantasy league, and doing so requires Mueller to finish the Main Event in fourth place or higher. Because of these specific parameters, Mueller’s final placement will not alter the top positions of the leaderboard.

The 2026 edition of the ODB $500 Fantasy League set a new benchmark by attracting a record 1,199 teams. This turnout generated a total prize pool of $599,500, allowing the top 100 finishers to secure a payout. 

The league also featured a $2,500 consolation prize dedicated to the last-place finisher. That payout went to Team Degen Summer Campers 2, which finished at the bottom of the standings with a total of 222 points.

At the top of the standings, the poker power couple of Kristen and Alex Foxen captured the championship title. 

The Foxens finished the contest with 1,897 total points, securing the $100,000 first-place prize. Their victory was decisive, as they maintained a comfortable 39-point margin over their nearest competitors.

The Foxens' draft strategy relied heavily on elite point producers, including Alex Foxen himself. He heavily aided his team's performance by accumulating 441 points. 

That total ranked as the second-highest individual player score of the entire summer, trailing only Japan’s Naoya Kihara, who led all players with 510 points.

Beyond Foxen's personal production, the roster featured two other top-ten individual performers. Calvin Anderson emerged as the fourth-highest overall point earner in the league by contributing 385 points.

Team member Martin Zamani finished as the seventh-highest individual earner, adding 337 points to the winning tally.


A critical piece of the Foxens' winning equation was their selection of Nick Palma as their designated Bonus Player. Palma had publicly expressed his frustration regarding not being drafted in the higher-stakes 25K Fantasy League. 

His performance throughout the summer validated the Foxens' pick, as Palma collected 173 points across 16 separate tournament cashes. 

This strong showing made Palma the third-highest point earner among all available ODB Bonus Players, cementing the Foxens' position at the top of the 2026 fantasy standings.
