Terms and conditions – €1850 Greek Poker Tour Race


  • The €1850 Greek Poker Tour Race is running from the start 16th to the end of 22nd of January.
  • The leaderboard presented by Poker Heaven is final.
  • To participate in this promotion you will need to play for real money.
  • This promotion is only open to all players at Poker Heaven.
  • Poker Heaven reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time for this promotion and any decision made by Poker Heaven is final.
  • A Poker Heaven account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
  • No account can be utilised more than 17 hours per day (00:00 – 23:59 GMT period) and no account can be used from more then 1 IP address.
  • Poker Heaven reserves the right to refuse payment to any player whom is found to be colluding/soft playing to accumulate FPPs.
  • Only rake earned at tables at which a seat is taken after the promotion has started will count towards the leader board. For example, if you sit down at a table at 23:55GMT on 14th of January and then go on to play until 00:15GMT on the 15th of January then no rake earned during that session will count towards your total, even those earned after 00:00GMT. However if you were to sit down at 00:01GMT and play until 00:15GMT then the entire rake in the period will count.
  • Only rake earned at tables at which a seat is left before the promotion has ended will count towards the leader board. For example, if you leave a table at 23:59GMT on the 21nd of January then the rake earned during the session you are leaving will count towards your total. However if you were to stand up at 00:01GMT on 22rd of January then all of the rake earned at that table in that particular session will not count towards this promotion.
  • In case of a tie between players final FPP score, the players contesting for a seat will play a heads up tournament. The winner shall receive the seat, the runner up shall receive 3rd place.
  • Poker Heaven reserves the right to alter the date of this promotion in an event of server downtime.
  • How to earn FPPs: Multi-table tournaments and sit 'n' go tournaments: 1 FPP is given for every €0.25 paid in tournament fees. Ring games: All players at the table who have contributed rake to any pot during each table session will receive FPPs as long as the total rake contribution exceeds €0.25. You will earn 1 FPP for every €0.25 contributed in rake during each individual table session.
  • Poker Heaven reserve the right to use customer’s nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
  • Race prizes can be combined with rakeback payments.
  • FPPs will be added to a players FPP count only when leaving a cash table, not during a table session.
  • Any player who wins a seat to the Greek Poker Tour live event has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, Poker Heaven will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
  • In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
  • The Greek Poker Tour Main Event will take place on the 31st of January at Concord Card Casino.
  • The prize includes €200 cash to cover travel and accommodation.
  • Travel arrangements and actual accommodation booking are the sole responsibility of the player.
  • Places are not transferable, there is no cash alternative.
  • The winning players needs to present their passport upon arrival at the Concord Card Casino to complete their registration.
  • In the event of event cancellation or buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
  • The dress code for the live tournament is smart/casual.
  • The winners will be required to wear Poker Heaven branded clothing at the main live event whenever they are playing, subject to event permissions.
  • By participating in the live tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
  • Should a player win two Greek Poker Tour Packages then he/she will forfeit one of them.
