What is an Affiliate Program?

Quite simply, an Affiliate Program is a partnership with a merchant who compensates you for any business you send that merchant via your marketing efforts. An Affiliate Program is thus an easy way to earn money off traffic (using online or offline marketing) to your website or via e-mail marketing.

How do I start making money?

You can start earning commission right away by becoming a referral partner in our Affiliate Program and setting up the necessary links on your web site. (Read the 'Affiliate Program Agreement' under Terms and submit the registration form if you wish to join the affiliate program.) When visitors to your site click on your links to Pokerheaven.com, they will be tracked by our system. You will receive commission for (1) visitors who become revenue-generating Pokerheaven.com customers and (2) visitors who join our affiliate program and go on to refer additional commission-earning visitors to our affiliate program. You will receive 30% of the net gaming result generated by the customers you have referred plus 10% to 1% of the commission earned by other webmasters you refer to our affiliate program.

What is "net gaming"?

"Net gaming" is a term used in the calculation of the commission you will earn each month as a referral partner in our affiliate program. When you refer a new customer to Pokerheaven.com, you will earn a percentage of the rake the customer generates for Pokerheaven.com each month. As a referral partner, you earn 30% of the monthly gross revenue ("net gaming") generated by all customers you have referred to Pokerheaven.com.

What is a "referral code"?

A referral code is used by our system to track visitors to Pokerheaven.com from your web site. You will receive a unique referral code for the web site address you enter in the affiliate program registration form in the field entitled "URL to your site." Each referral code is unique and related to your specific user profile. The correct referral code is to be used whenever you create a link to Pokerheaven.com. If you have multiple sites in your network, each unique site will have its own unique referral code that should be used only when linking from that particular site. You can create additional referral codes to be used on other web sites in your network from your online referral partner account.

Where can I see how much I've earned?

When you are registered as a referral partner in our affiliate program, you will be able to access a secure online reporting interface to check your current statistics at any time. Your referral statistics are continuously updated from the database.

My statistics don't seem to reflect the number of customers I've referred.

1) Make sure you are using the correct referral link and referral code.

2) Keep in mind that you are compensated only for referring new customers to Pokerheaven.com. You cannot earn commission for directing a visitor to Pokerheaven.com if he/she is already a registered customer.

How much can I make by recruiting other webmasters to join the affiliate program?

Our affiliate program offers referral partners the opportunity to earn money not only by recruiting playing customers, but also by recruiting other webmasters to become active members of the affiliate program. Your monthly commission can add up quickly! When an individual clicks on your web site link and registers to become a member of the affiliate program, the individual becomes your so-called sub-partner. Likewise, when an individual clicks on your sub-partner's web site and registers to become a member of the affiliate program, the individual becomes your sub-partner (on sub-level 2). You can create an entire family of sub-partners on five sub-levels and get a percentage of the commission earned by every sub-partner on each of the five different sub-levels. The amount of commission you earn by recruiting a sub-partner is calculated as a percentage of the commission earned by that sub-partner.

The percentage used in calculating your compensation depends on the sub-partner's level.

The exact commission amount you have earned to date via your referred sub-partners is displayed in the online reporting interface.

I can't log in to the reporting interface because I forgot my password! What do I do?

Go to the User Recovery Page and enter your user name in the appropriate field. If your user name is registered in our database, you will receive an e-mail message with your password.

Do I need separate accounts for Poker and Casino?

No, you only need to register one account for your players to generate poker and casino revenue into your account.

How do I keep track of my earnings?

You can view your stats online by clicking on the red Login button located on the home page. Once you have logged in to your account.

How will I be paid?

Your commission will be automatically paid into your private Webdollar affiliate account from where you can withdraw the money using a varitey of methods including Neteller, Moneybookers, Bank Transfer and credit card. For affiliates based in the US, you will need to email the affiliate department and notify them that you are based in the US. The best payment solution will be made available to you once your email is received.

How often am I paid?

All payments are made before the 10th working day of each month, providing the payment is equal or greater than €100. If your monthly commission is less than €100 you balance will roll over until it reaches €100.

If I have a bad month in Casino, will my negative balance be carried over every month in my Casino Affiliate Account?

Unlike many Casino Affiliate Programs, Poker Heaven does not penalize you for having a “bad month”. No negative carry over will ever be reflected in your casino account.
