On the first page you have to enter your payment details. The amount is collected in the Cashier and passed on to this page. Please note that CPF is an abbreviation of the fiscal number.

When you have supplied all the information please click on a button labeled Proceed which is located below the input fields shown above.

Receipt page

The top part is a receipt for the transaction and the lower part is the bank form that you must take to the bank. Alternatively you can make the transaction from your online bank account.

In the live system the information provided in the first step will be used to populate the necessary information on the receipt and the bank form.
