The Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT) is celebrating a major milestone in 2026, marking 20 years of providing professional-quality poker experiences to the recreational community. To celebrate, the tour has confirmed an expansive 20-stop live schedule that stretches from the "Home of UK Poker" in Nottingham to the sun-drenched casinos of Malta and the strategic hubs of the Czech Republic.
APAT 2026: A Season of Expansion and Tradition
The 2026 season is defined by a significant expansion of APAT’s partnership with Grosvenor Casinos, which will see 10 Regional Championships hosted throughout the year. For the first time, the tour will cross into Scotland with summer stops in Glasgow and Edinburgh, while also establishing a new presence in the North East with a debut in Newcastle this April.
Beyond the regional circuit, APAT remains a fixture at major festivals, including the UKCOAP and BCOAP in London, which will feature a brand-new Dealers Choice Mixed 10-Game Players Championship to challenge even the most versatile amateur players.
International Ambitions for 2026
The tour’s global footprint continues to grow with the European Championship of Amateur Poker (ECOAP) in the Czech Republic and a high-profile return to the Irish Open in Dublin.
