ST. JULIAN’S, MALTA — The Mediterranean’s most iconic poker festival is preparing for its most ambitious "Summer Edition" yet. Tournament organizers have officially confirmed that the Battle of Malta (BoM) will return to the shores of St. Julian’s from May 27 to June 3, 2026.
The announcement is the earliest dates ever released for the festival, probably a response to a global player base eager to secure summer accommodations during Malta's high season. And in another landmark move for the series, the signature Main Event guarantee has been doubled, shifting from its traditional €500,000 mark to €1,000,000 GTD.
BoM 2026: A Seven-Figure Milestone
