CoinPoker has added Abby Merk, Lasse Jagd Lauritsen, and Alejandro “Papo MC” Lococo to its ambassador roster. The move follows February’s signings and reflects the platform’s focus on content creators and regional influence to grow its global poker player base.

CoinPoker has expanded its ambassador program once again in 2026, adding three new sponsored professionals to its roster.

The latest additions follow a similar announcement in February as the crypto-based poker platform continues strengthening its marketing presence through recognizable poker personalities and content creators.

The new trio joining the team includes American poker pro Abby Merk, Danish streamer Lasse Jagd Lauritsen, and Argentine poker enthusiast and rapper Alejandro Andres Lococo, better known as Papo MC.

Second Ambassador Expansion of 2026

The latest announcement marks CoinPoker’s second ambassador recruitment of the year. In February, the platform introduced four ambassadors to its team: Yohan “YoHViral” Gilbert, Mariano Grandoli, Brantzen Wong, and Alex Duvall.

With the March additions, CoinPoker continues a familiar strategy used across the industry, relying on personalities with strong audiences to increase player engagement and attract new users to the platform.

Abby Merk Brings Content and Cash Game Visibility

American poker professional Abby Merk has quickly gained attention in the poker world over the past year. During 2025, she built a strong reputation not only at the tables but also as a highly active poker content creator.

Merk maintains a presence across major platforms including X, YouTube, and Instagram, where she regularly shares poker content and interacts with fans.

She has also appeared in several televised and streamed cash game broadcasts, sharing the spotlight with well-known figures such as Phil Hellmuth.

Her growing social media reach and presence in live poker broadcasts make her a natural fit for an ambassador role aimed at expanding audience engagement.

WisternJL Adds Streaming Reach

The second new ambassador is Danish poker streamer Lasse Jagd Lauritsen, widely known online as WisternJL. Lauritsen previously served as a PokerStars Team Pro and has built a significant audience through his Twitch streams.

Although his broader social media activity slowed between late 2025 and early 2026, he continued streaming regularly, maintaining a Twitch channel with nearly 27,000 subscribers.

CoinPoker’s decision to sign Lauritsen highlights the continued importance of livestreaming audiences within the online poker ecosystem.

Papo MC Strengthens CoinPoker’s Latin American Presence

The final addition is Alejandro Andres Lococo, an Argentine poker enthusiast, blogger, and battle rapper who performs under the stage name Papo MC.

Lococo is also a former PokerStars ambassador and has a substantial following in Latin America thanks to his music career and online presence.

His signing aligns closely with CoinPoker’s existing strategy in the region. The platform has previously targeted Latin American audiences through regional promotions and partnerships, including a collaboration with the Argentinian Football Association.

By combining a professional poker player, a popular streamer, and a Latin American influencer, CoinPoker’s latest ambassador line-up reflects a broader marketing approach focused on reach across different communities within the poker ecosystem.

As online poker sites compete for player attention in 2026, partnerships with recognizable personalities remain one of the most common strategies for building visibility and strengthening brand identity.
