WSOP Paradise 2025 started with major action across six early events. Read below for bracelet winners and top chip counts in the events underway.

The World Series Of Poker (WSOP) Paradise 2025 opened with a full schedule of high-stakes action. The first events delivered early bracelet winners, major chip moves and rapid Day 1 progress across Triton and WSOP fields. 

Mystery Bounty drama, fast PLO finals and shifting Invitational counts shaped the first phase of the series.

Event #1: $2,500 WSOP Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty

Day 2 ended with 18 players. Christopher Nguyen kept the lead even after a four-way all in late in the session. His aces did not hold, but his stack remained ahead of the field. Johnny Bromberg and Yi Li also advanced with strong stacks. 

The group moving to Day 3 includes Tomas Jozonis, Eun Sommatino, Yayun Liu, Anthony Guidice, Matthew McEwan, Mark Darner, and Bogdan Jontulovic.

Event #2: $75,000 Triton PLO 6-Handed

Matthias Eibinger won his first WSOP bracelet and a Triton title in the same event. He topped 93 entries for the top payout of $1,570,640. The result also marked his fifth Triton title. Mike Watson placed second on the payout sheet after reaching heads up for $1,459,360. Dylan Weisman finished third after losing a key river card in a pot that changed the final table dynamic.

Event #3: $100,000 Triton PLO Main Event

Sam Soverel closed out the event in a fast finish. He secured his fourth bracelet and his first Triton title. The $2,594,000 payout set a new high point in his recorded results. Andras Nemeth finished second for $1,751,000 after entering the final stages with a competitive stack.

Event #4: $50,000 High Roller Turbo

Daniel Rezaei shipped the event after a 12 hour run for a payday of $1,900,000. The field had 151 entries. Mustapha Kanit reached heads up and ended up as the runner-up for $1,215,000. Paul Phua made his first WSOP final table since his 2022 bracelet.

Event #5: $250,000 Triton Invitational - Day 1

Invitees took control of the top of the leaderboard. Ye Wang ended Day 1 with 1,643,000. Charles Hook reached 1,453,000. 

Pros Kayhan Mokri and Dejan Kaladjurdjevic also closed in the top four. The field reached 126 entries and is already the second largest Triton Invitational.

Event #6: $5,000 Super COLOSSUS - Day 1

81 players survived from 527 entries. Christopher Nguyen bagged 8,480,000. Andrei Piatrushchanka followed with 8,130,000. The event resumes with both stacks in strong position.
