Austrian pro Bernhard Binder secured his first bracelet and $10,000,000 at the WSOP Paradise Super Main Event.

Bernhard Binder is the champion of the WSOP Paradise Super Main Event. Mario Mosböck had named him as a player to watch for 2026. Binder proved him right by winning $10,000,000 in the Bahamas. He is 27 years old and comes from Austria.

This victory gives him his first World Series of Poker bracelet. The Austrian pro found success earlier this year in the GGMillion$ Main Event. That win earned him $1.8 million.

His new $10,000,000 prize far exceeds his previous records. He beat Jean-Noel Thorel to secure the top spot. Their heads-up battle lasted for almost four hours.

The final table featured a mix of experience and youth. Binder was the youngest while Thorel was the oldest.
Other finalists were Eric Wasserson and Natasha Mercier. Media member Terrance Reid also had a seat at the table. Binder mentioned that Thorel offered a unique challenge during their match.

This WSOP Paradise 2025 event set a record for the largest guarantee at $60 million. The field grew to 2,891 total entries. Multiple participants used over twelve bullets to stay in the game. The total prize pool ended at $72,275,000.
