888poker has confirmed the return of the XL Winter Series for 2026, launching on January 18. The online festival features more than $1.5 million in guaranteed prize pools and is structured primarily around low-to-mid stakes tournaments.
Most events on the schedule carry buy-ins of $55 or less, making the series accessible to a wide range of online poker players.
XL Winter Series Focuses on Mystery Bounty Formats
The 888poker 2026 XL Winter Series schedule places a strong emphasis on Mystery Bounty tournaments. Players will also find standard progressive knockout events and traditional freezeout formats across the series. This mix allows players to choose between bounty-focused formats and standard payout structures.
Rakeless $500K Mystery Bounty Main Event
The headline tournament of the series is the $500,000 guaranteed Multi-Flight Mystery Bounty Main Event. This event is run as a rakeless tournament, with the full $250 buy-in directed into the prize pool.
